10 Things You Didn’t Know About Scott Disick

MORA/Everett Collection

Scott Disick is definitely one of the more entertaining aspects of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Unlike most of the Kardashian sisters, he’s actually funny and knows how to poke fun at himself. One might say that the Kardashians would have a much more interesting show if there was more of Lord Disick. We certainly feel that way. While we know a lot about the Kardashians, we don’t know nearly enough about Scott. We’re trying to fix that! Here are 10 things you didn’t know about the Lord:

10. Old Money

Scott comes from money. His father, Jeffrey, inherited his wealth from his father, David M. Disick. David reportedly attended Cornell University and University of Pennsylvania Law School before he became a real estate developer. He developed a number of luxury resorts and properties around the country, including Frank Klammer Lodge in Telluride, Colorado, and South Village in Sugarbush, Vermont.

9. Don’t Give Him Milk

Scott is lactose intolerant. Bruce asked him about it during an episode Keeping Up with the Kardashians in season two when Kourtney gives him a hamburger with no cheese.

8. Anxiety

Scott has been dealing with social anxiety his whole life. Things got particularly bad when he and Kourtney moved to the Hamptons for the summer. She was pregnant with Reign and he was dealing with the loss of both his parents. “I think my anxiety though, especially coming to New York and my parents not being around anymore and her being pregnant, it just feels like it’s coming down on me,” Scott said.” I literally just want to jump out of my skin it’s that bad.”

7. Commando

When wearing a suit, Scott doesn’t like to wear underwear.

6. Seinfeld Fan

At the end of the day, Scott likes to unwind by watching reruns of Seinfeld.

5. Grooming Habits

Scott likes to indulge in 30 minute showers daily and he spends the same amount of time moisturizing his skin with Creme de la Mer, a moisturizing cream that costs $275 a tub.

4. Day Job

Besides his reality TV gig, Scott also works with General Nutrition Company Inc. (GNC). He manages businesses like Quicktrim, Rejuvacare, Monte Carlo Perpetual Tan and Amidren. In addition, he also commands thousands of dollars for club appearances and he’s the President of Calabasas Luxury Motorcars.

3. A Young Model

Back in 2001, Scott’s job was modeling for the covers of the young adult book series Heartland. According to a family insider, Scott “always loved to be the center of attention…If reality TV had existed back then, we all would’ve said that Scott had been born for it.”

1. Sporty

Scott was really into sports when he was growing – hockey and snowboarding being his two favorite. “I loved playing hockey and watching hockey when I was growing up,” he told Faces magazine. “From age 12 to age 16 I was really into snowboarding.”
