The 70th annual Primetime Emmy Awards took place last night and celebrated the biggest and brightest television stars of the year. From the cast of This Is Us to Stranger Things and The Crown, many of this year’s most popular stars took over the red carpet and showed off beautiful designer garments. The 2018 Emmys had quite the extensive list of hit fashion looks, so follow along for all the best-dressed stars from the red carpet:

13. Mandy Moore

This is Us star Mandy Moore totally dazzled at the 2018 Emmys where she stepped out wearing a sultry, sparkling Rodarte dress. Her look featured a deep V-neckline and a body-skimming shape which showed off her hourglass figure flawlessly. The key to this dress was that it was sexy while still remaining tasteful and unique.

12. Allison Janney

A full sequins look is always a risk on the red carpet, but Allison Janney found a way to look both youthful and mature in sequins on the 2018 Emmy Awards’ red carpet. Typically we’d be opposed to anything bright and sequined, but the elegant, draped shape of this dress makes it look super classy and sophisticated. We also love that Janney opted for fuschia accessories that perfectly coordinate.

11. Kirsten Dunst

Kirsten Dunst looked radiant on the Emmy’s red carpet last night, which marked her first post-baby appearance 4 months after giving birth to her son. Dunst wore a sapphire blue gown with a plunging neckline that she topped with sparkling earrings and an emerald bangle. She wore her hair in Hollywood glamour-inspired waves and a classic pop of scarlet red on her lips.

10. Natalia Dyer

Stranger Things star Natalia Dyer stepped onto the red carpet in a beaded, golden gown that was super elegant yet still a little flashy. Dyer is so petite that something minimalist like this works perfectly to flatter her figure in the best way possible. The golden tones of the dress flattered her fair skin and highlighted the warm, honey tones of her brunette tresses.

Letitia Wright looked absolutely angelic on the Emmy’s red carpet wearing this ruffled and feminine midi length dress. We love all the detail of this dress from the sheer neckline to the softly ruffled tiers and white pearl beading. She accessorized her hair with delicate white beads that picked up on the details of the dress fabulously.

7. Sarah Paulson

Sarah Paulson opted for dramatic feathers on this year’s Emmy’s red carpet, and we loved it! The combination of the midnight black color paired with glam and frilly feathers really made a fashion statement. The scooped, plunging neckline was super flattering and Paulson’s decision to wear her hair in a sleek, low bun really showed off her collarbones and allowed the skirt to be the star of the show.

6. Vanessa Kirby

The Crown actress Vanessa Kirby opted for a body-hugging blush gown on the Emmys red carpet this year. Typically we’d suggest that women with fair skin tones stay away from neutral shades like this to avoid looking washed out, but on Kirby, the blush color looks delicate and soft. Her hair was coiffed into glamorous waves which showed off her sparkling earrings perfectly.

5. Sandra Oh

Sandra Oh has never had a big reputation when it comes to fashion, but this dress she wore to the Emmys was one of our favorites we’ve ever seen her wear on the red carpet. The crimson, satin gown was the perfect color to highlight her chocolate-colored hair and the bold beaded shoulder and waist detailing was quite unique and stood out in the sea of gold and neutral dresses.

The flowing tulle skirt and eye-catching shade of blue truly made for a memorable red carpet moment!
